It is the second year that we return to this restaurant, everything we have tried is very good, you can see the quality of the products and the homemade cooking. The Cabrales potatoes are highly recommended, the sauce and the flavor of the potatoes are very good, we have also tried the sea bass in cider, the garlic prawns, the croquettes...last year we also tried the cannelloni and the cachopo, all very good! The tocinillo dessert from heaven, a delight!

Yesterday we went to dinner and the truth is that everything was very good. Incredible meat, just right. The Cabrales sauce was super palatable... I really liked it, I would repeat. In addition, the service was very good, attentive and polite.

Just today I came with my family for dinner. Our last day in Benasque, based on a recommendation we came and found the place.The attention of the waiters is excellent, the food is brutal...Always delighted with Benasque and its people.It is recommended to come here, in case of people, its food, its place...100% we will return for sure

We were looking for something to snack at dinner time, and we found a spot at La Sidrería. We had dinner at the bar, since there was no more space, but we were very comfortable. We ordered some garlic prawns, croquettes and potatoes with cabrales. The latter are very delicious, homemade potatoes. Very good homemade vermouth. Advisable. For what we were looking for that night, snack dinner, perfect!! I can't comment on the rest of the menu because we didn't try it, but I guess it must be very good.

Asturian food and high quality.We ate 1 half-baked cachopo and a couple of tapas: Cabrales potatoes (spectacular!) and battered prawns. Quality meat and authentic flavor. We will return!
